The Website is an online store for ready‑to‑eat home‑cooked food. We reserve the right to refuse service or sales to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Returns & Refunds
- No refund/return for purchased items if packaging is punctured.
- Reimbursements will be made without undue delay, and not later than:
- 30 days after we receive returned goods; or
- 30 days after you provide evidence of return; or
- if no goods were supplied, 30 days after informing us of cancellation.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed; no additional fees will be charged for reimbursement.
12Reverse Engineering & Security
- Do not reverse engineer or disassemble any code/software from the Website/Services.
- Do not violate security via unauthorized access, bypassing encryption or tools, data mining, or interfering with any host/user/network.
13Data Loss
The Owner is not responsible for the security of Your account or content. Use of the Website/Services is at Your own risk.
14Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner and affiliates against all claims, demands, and reasonable attorney’s fees arising from Your use/misuse of the Website/Services or breach of these Terms. The Owner may select its own counsel and participate in its defence.

19Service Interruptions
Access may be interrupted for maintenance or emergencies, scheduled or unscheduled. The Owner is not liable for any loss or damage due to downtime.
20Term, Termination & Suspension
The Owner may terminate these Terms at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms, IP infringement, or legal non‑compliance. If You have an account, You may terminate by contacting Us. Outstanding fees remain due. Provisions that by nature survive termination shall continue in effect.
21No Warranties
Your use of the Website/Services is at Your sole risk. All Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation, nor the accuracy/reliability of information.
We are not liable for third‑party content, inaccuracies, typographical errors, price changes, availability, delays, force majeure, or actions of government/authorities. You are solely responsible for protecting your systems and data. If dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the Website.
22Limitation on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive damages, or loss of profits/data. The maximum liability arising from these Terms shall be the lesser of ₹1,000 or the amount You paid to the Owner in the last six (6) months.
23General Provisions
- Language: English.
- Jurisdiction, Venue & Governing Law: Laws of India (excluding conflict of laws). Exclusive jurisdiction: courts at Gurgaon, India. You waive objections to venue including forum non‑conveniens.
- Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement. Owner’s rights and obligations may be assigned and will bind successors and assigns.
- Severability: If any provision is invalid/unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
- Headings: For convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
- No Agency/Partnership/Joint Venture: None created by these Terms.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to causes beyond reasonable control (acts of God, civil/military authorities, riots, embargoes, natural disasters, etc.).
- Electronic Communications Permitted: Notices and communications may be sent electronically, including by e‑mail to info@thedrylicious.com.
