1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders that include perishable items (e.g., ready-to-eat meals, dairy, meat, or baked goods) are only shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent spoilage during transit delays. If your order is placed after 12 PM on Wednesday, it will be processed the following Monday.


2. Shipping Options and Timeframes

We offer a variety of shipping options based on your location and the nature of the food products being shipped:

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days)

  • Applicable for non-perishable and shelf-stable items.

  • Available nationwide.

Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

  • Recommended for perishable goods.

  • Not available for all zip codes; please check availability at checkout.

Same-Day or Local Delivery (Available in Select Areas)

  • Orders must be placed before 10 AM local time.

  • Delivery window: 1 PM – 7 PM.

  • Applies only to pre-cooked meals and fresh produce.

All shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by holidays, extreme weather, or carrier delays. We do our best to ensure prompt delivery, but we cannot guarantee arrival dates once the package is in transit.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Occasionally, we run promotions offering free shipping on qualifying purchases—be sure to check our homepage and promotional emails for current offers.

Sample Rates:

  • Orders under 2 lbs (non-perishable): ₹49 – ₹79

  • Orders with perishables (chilled/frozen): ₹149 – ₹299 (based on distance and packaging)

  • Same-day delivery (local only): ₹50 flat rate


4. Packaging for Freshness

We take food safety seriously. All perishable items are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners, ice packs, and, in some cases, dry ice to maintain the correct temperature throughout transit.

Our packaging is designed to withstand up to 48 hours in transit. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or arrange for a secure drop-off. We are not responsible for items left unrefrigerated after delivery.


5. Perishable Items Disclaimer

Perishable food products are sensitive to time and temperature. We cannot reship or refund any perishable items that are:

  • Left outside or unattended for an extended period.

  • Delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

  • Refused or returned due to missed delivery attempts.

Always inspect your food immediately upon arrival. If any items appear spoiled, damaged, or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.


6. Address Accuracy & Shipping Restrictions

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • International addresses (outside India)

If your delivery address is outside our standard delivery area, we may contact you to explore alternate options or cancel the order.


7. Delivery Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly as a first step.

If you still require help, reach out to our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll assist in investigating the issue.


8. Delays and Weather Conditions

Severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier staffing shortages may delay shipments. While these are outside our control, we actively monitor conditions and may delay or reschedule shipments to protect your order’s integrity.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these events. If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email or phone.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

We strive for perfection in every box, but if something’s missing or damaged, we’ll make it right.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged product

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We will either send a replacement item, issue a credit, or process a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.


10. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of most of our items, all food sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns on any edible products. However, if you cancel an order before it ships, we can issue a full refund.
